As a Licensed Realtor®, Alba utilizes her business experience and knowledge to provide the utmost quality service to sellers and buyers. Her primary focus is to assist and guide clients thoroughly with selling and buying real estate.

She is recognized as a “top notch realtor” due to her professionalism, diligence, honesty, and results-oriented abilities as well as her dedication. These qualities are making Alba’s network grow with happy and satisfied clients.

Personal Background and Education

Alba was born in Ecuador and grew up in NJ where she learned English, finished schooling and continued learning Spanish. She obtained her bachelor's degree in accounting and later her Certified Public Accountant certificate in NY.  She worked at Fortune 500 companies over 15 years and gained valuable business experience and skills both in USA and international.

In 2001, Alba relocated to South Florida to enjoy the warm weather, beaches, culture and diversity. She became fascinated with Palm Beach County and made it her permanent home. In 2007, she started her new career as a Realtor® and joined Coldwell Banker Realty, where she learned the skills and knowledge to effectively meet the needs of sellers and buyers.  She furthered her education by obtaining the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) early in her career. To keep current with the constant changes in the real estate industry and technology, she regularly attends seminars and courses.
