My Bio

As a Professional Realtor® with over 15 years of service in the industry, I utilize my business experience and knowledge to provide the utmost quality service to clients in and out of the state of Florida.  My primary focus is to assist and guide clients thoroughly with selling and buying real estate.

I am recognized as a “top notch realtor” due to my professionalism, diligence, honesty, and results-oriented abilities as well as my dedication. These qualities are making my network grow with happy and satisfied clients. Most of my business comes from referrals, a testament of my commitment to the highest level of professional service.

Personal Background and Education

I was born in Ecuador and grew up in NJ where I learned English, finished schooling, and continued learning Spanish. I obtained my bachelor's degree in accounting and later my Certified Public Accountant certificate in NY.  I worked at Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years and gained valuable business experience and skills both in the USA and international.

In 2001, I relocated to South Florida to enjoy the warm weather, beaches, culture, and diversity. I became fascinated with Palm Beach County and made it my permanent home. In 2007, I started my new career as a Realtor® and joined Coldwell Banker Realty, where I learned the skills and knowledge to effectively meet the needs of sellers and buyers.  I furthered my education by obtaining the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) early in my career. To keep current with the constant changes in the real estate industry and technology, I regularly attend seminars and courses.

  • Sell Your Home    When it is time to move, you need someone who will market your home, show it to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, manage all necessary paperwork, and supervise the closing.  I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
  • Consult on Home Selling Tactics   Oftentimes buyers do not visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that is selling fast.
